Sati Calma (formerly known as 'serum 03') is a cooling, calming, heart-opening blend that returns to the range for the season ahead. A widely requested bespoke formula that calls upon the gentle, yet powerful, synergy of cooling Blue Tansy, nurturing Rose, and calming Sandalwood. Soothing to the most sensitive skin conditions — eczema, inflamed acne, compromised skin barriers, or emotional flare ups... Sati Calma is a serum for the now.

How to Use

Prepare the skin by cleansing and using a hydration mist ( or a terratonics serum ) underneag. 

Using between 3 - 8 drops of Sati, place in the palm of your hand. Pressing both palms together, bring to the face and hold cupped hands over the nose. Pause here for a few moments, becoming aware of the natural flow of breath.

From this place of awareness, inhale slowly and deeply through the nose. At the top of the inhale, allow the outgoing breath to flow out again through the nose, softly and effortlessly. Repeat this style of breath at least three times before applying.

Apply Sati by pressing palms to your face + neck using a slow, gentle rolling action. If skin is inflamed, pause and hold palms softly on the face, spending a few more moments focused on the breath. Move to the chest and press + hold there while feeling the breath move through the body. Breathe slowly, breathe deeply.

ANAHATA or  thea CALM  ca be applied over if severely dehydrated/damaged skin
